1 Registering your return
To register your return, simply contact support@lythera.com. Our customer service team will send you a return as soon as possible.
2 Prepare your product
Pack the product you are returning properly and securely, preferably in the original packaging. Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of return shipping.
3 Send us your parcel

4. have the purchase amount refunded to your account
A full refund will be made via the original payment method after we have received your return. If possible, items should be returned in their original condition and as undamaged as possible. The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the payment method you used. The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account or other payment method within two working days.
Please note: Always contact our customer service before returning your order. Orders that are returned without prior contact cannot be refunded.
Hygiene articles
A list of hygiene items that cannot be returned and are non-refundable (the list is not exhaustive): Underwear, bikini, make-up, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and for the safety of our customers, we refuse to accept returns of beauty and health products.
Cancellation of orders
Cancellation of your order is only possible 5 minutes after placing the order. After 3 hours, our orders are stopped in processing and after that, unfortunately, cancelation is no longer possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact support@lythera.com after you have placed your order.
The return shipment is always at the risk of the sender, the return costs will not be refunded.
